Privacy Policy

Halo Days · Effective October 24, 2026

This policy explains what information the Halo Days iPhone app (“the app”) handles and why. The app is published by Foxdrobe (“we”, “us”). If you have a question, email support@foxdrobe.com.

The short version

Information stored on your device

The app saves the days you add (titles, dates, styles, reminders, plan steps and Time Capsule notes), the photos you choose for them, and your settings in the app's own storage on your iPhone, shared only with the app's own widgets. This information is never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it.

iCloud backup

If you're signed in to iCloud, the app keeps a copy of your list of days (not photos) in Apple's iCloud key-value storage, tied to your Apple Account, so it can be restored on a new iPhone. It is stored by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy; we can't see it. Turn it off in iPhone Settings → [your name] → iCloud.

Reminders

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone. No server is involved, and nothing about them is sent to us.

Purchases

Halo Premium is bought through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we receive no payment details and only learn from Apple's StoreKit on your device whether Premium is unlocked.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to show banner, full-screen and optional rewarded video ads. According to Google, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect:

DataExamplesUsed for
Device identifiersApple's advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking, and app-specific identifiersAdvertising, ad measurement, analytics
Approximate locationEstimated from your IP addressAdvertising, analytics
Ad and app interactionAds shown, taps, video views, app launchesAdvertising, analytics

Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Your choices

Children

The app is a general-audience lifestyle app and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads in the app are limited to Google's “parental guidance” content rating.

Data retention and deletion

We don't hold any of your data, so there's nothing for us to delete. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device. To manage or delete data held by Google, visit Google's data & privacy controls or contact Google.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have rights to access, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising. Use the consent controls described above, or contact us and we'll help you reach Google where needed.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
